SHIPPING

We ship items via USPS first class mail, orders are processes within 3-5 business days but can take up to 1-2 weeks. If you need an item by a certain date please e-mail us at hello@cutebirdkids.com to ensure you will get your package on time.

PRE-ORDERS

Pre- Orders turn around time is 2-3 weeks, please purchase pre-order item seperate from ready to ship items to avoid the delay of your entire order.

RETURN / EXCHANGES

We want all of our customers to be happy with their purchase, we encourage you to read produce description prior to placing your order to ensure you will get is what you need. In the event that you receive an item but the size is not the right fit for your little one please contact us via e-mail, you may return the item as long as it has not been worn and in the original packaging. Customer will be responsible for shipping fees, once we have received a tracking confirmation and item is on transit we will proceed with exchange and price adjusment if needed. If item is out of stock or no longer available store credit will be provided to customer,

Please note returns will only be accepted on full price items.  

MULTIPLE ORDERS

If you placed multiple orders within the same day or you have not recieved a mailing confirmation from any of your orders, please e-mail us at hello@cutebirdkids.com  we will gladly combine shipping fees.
